To qualify for a retailer account, you must have an online, brick and mortar or pop-up store that is open and ready for business (retailers opening soon may also qualify in our discretion). We require that you also provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process and update such information to keep it accurate, current and complete.
In order to comply with our Wholesale Terms of Service:
- You must also have, and upon request provide proof of, a valid reseller’s permit or ID (or your state’s or region’s equivalent documentation).
- Retailers cannot sell our products in non-Airstrike approved locations or on other platforms other than retailer's own website (as further set forth in these Wholesale Terms).
- Retailer must satisfy all other elements of our Terms of Service
Please note that failure to comply with these requirements may constitute a breach of our Terms. Airstrike reserves the right to deactivate, or take other remediate action against, any accounts found in violation of such Terms.
